Grace & Harmony
Here are some of the questions we have been previously asked.
Have you got a showroom?
Yes we have!
The location is in Rugby town centre, at 1 Eastlands Court, St Peters Rd, Rugby CV21 3QP. There is limitless amounts of possibilities in a showroom and we will give you a flavour of what you can have, and we will show you some of the favourites in store, plus we will have door, worktop, handle samples etc to look at on site.
All styles, colours and ranges of all kinds of kitchen finishes can be viewed in thousands of pictures readily available anytime online, and unlimited possibilities are available to you. As there are so many options at our disposal, it would be impossible to display them all. Trends and products available can also change, and we can very easily change with them.
What we also do is simplify all of this, with a service by bringing to you our best samples. We can provide sample doors, carcass materials, worktop swatches, and handles. We can provide brochures and any information that you need about any products we can supply.
So to summarise, either from our showroom, brochures or from pictures online, you can pick an overall look of kitchen that you want. We can then provide you with samples of your choice and any info on any product you would like to know about.
When could our new kitchen be installed?
We discuss possible dates you would like, and how that fits in with the other variables.
There are a few variables which make this a difficult question to answer here.
What dates do we have available? Which style of door and worktop would you like? Are there many other trades to be organised?
If we take an average of free available dates, style choices, and other works to be organised, it could “possibly” be 4 – 6 weeks from the order date.
As all projects are unique, it’s hard to guess. Occasionally if circumstances allow and your project is small, it could be two weeks or less, or again for a complex project it could be longer.
At times demand is high, and you may have to wait several months or so before we can fit you in. But we are worth the wait.
What is the cost of one of your kitchens?
With so many variables, it is too difficult to answer here. As projects can vary hugely, depending on the door materials, worktop materials, appliance brands, work involved etc. Each project is unique.
If you would just like a new sink and worktops, it’s of course less, likewise if you would like all new top range appliances, then some more. There is no set cost until all the variables are accounted for.
For example, it may cost approximately £1000 for a simple laminate worktop and sink change done in a day.
Double that for doors and plinth. Then add in other minor parts or works. Add more for higher grades, too.
Or a new modest size kitchen for an average 3 bedroom house with a good standard appliance manufacturer plus laminate worktops may cost in the region of £10000 for example.
Add maybe 3 or 4 thousand for a solid surface like granite or quartz, or another 5 thousand for Dekton if you like more luxury and higher quality.
A couple thousand more for higher grade appliances for better performance and longevity.
A couple thousand more for higher grade doors, a thousand or two for pullout mechanisms etc. for higher quality materials and functionality.
A thousand more for electrical alterations that may be necessary, a thousand for flooring, then there may be wall finishing, plastering, building, gas alterations, decorating, and maybe there will be other works etc, etc, etc!!!
You can keep going up in levels.
So you can see how the total could add up quite quickly.
Then there is the ultimate in V.I.P. service. You might enjoy the services of our interior designers if your budget is higher again. For example, you may have a budget of £100,000+ for a complete kitchen project. You will liaise with the interior designer who effectively “takes control” of the project (with your blessing of course).
From your brief, they will get you the ultimate look and feel of the whole project for total harmony of bringing all elements together. You can
Sometimes it can help to know your overall budget and we then try to get everything and everyone within that overall budget. That is your choice.
I am confident with tools, and health and safety, and I want to install my own kitchen. How can you help me?
We can provide you with a supply only service.
We can also help and advise you with your own installation.
We can still go through the consultation and design service as usual if you like.
We can provide advice on methods to completion.
We can also quote for part installation if you require, as many of the installation processes are more difficult to get done correctly and more complex than you first think, or require tools you may not have.
For example, you could install everything yourself other than the worktops, which we then install for you
As we are an independent company, we have complete flexibility.
We have our own builder, but we would like one of your kitchens. What is the process here?
There are several ways to deal with this, each project being unique.
We can supply only, from a list of parts, if you or your builder are very confident with this.
Or we can go through a version of the consultation and design process to suit you. It depends on who is going to manage the project. You or the builder.
Although we do prefer full management of the actual kitchen installation, in line with the builder and their timescales.
Kitchen timescales may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of the control of the builder, the weather is a common one amongst others.
I am on a strict budget, can you work with that?
Yes we can. It depends on what styles, materials and appliances you choose. You may have to make some compromises here or there, but there is usually an answer available to suit your requirements.
We may be able to recreate a look and feel of something more expensive that could work within your budget.
We could do a design for you which will easily allow for future upgrades or modifications!

Every item we supply has a guarantee ranging from 12 months to 25 years, depending on the relevant manufacturer, and are not insurance backed. Our works with our supplied items are guaranteed for 12 months.
